Move With Us
Dance Collective known as Traed y Treath/ Beach Feet is a weekly, open‑to‑all gathering where people come together to move, connect, and enjoy dance music in a friendly environment. What began as a few friends dancing on the beach at sunset has grown into a vibrant community of people who simply love the freedom of dance. There’s no choreography, no expectations, and no experience needed — just a shared space to be enlivened, express yourself, and feel part of something bigger.
Anyone can share their music and all genres are welcome.

Why It Exists & What It Offers
This space emerged from something simple and powerful, a group of friends who wanted to dance together to incredible music, in an affordable space, outdoors. We soon found others wanted to join us to express themselves, reconnect with the body, and feel uplifted by nature, music and community. Dancing at sunset on the beach when the weather allows — or gathering in a local not‑for‑profit community arts venue when it doesn’t — generates an uplifting, energising feeling and sense of belonging that many people find deeply appealing. While it isn’t a therapeutic group, it naturally supports wellness through connection, expression, and fun.

How to Join & What to Expect
Everyone is welcome, whether you come every week or drop in when you can. Sessions are donation‑based to help cover venue and speaker hire, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Often there are 20-30 people, sometimes less and often more. The music playlists are shared by a mix of community members and local DJs. You’re invited to arrive as you are, move in whatever way that feels right to you, and get uplifted by an hour or two of high energy music, connection, and smiles.

My work is rooted in embodiment, connection, and the belief that we all have an inner wisdom that becomes clearer when we are in the present moment. The dance collective is an extension of these values. It’s not therapy, but it offers a space where people can reconnect with themselves through moving how they want to, listening to incredible dance music, and being in community.
